Why dive with me?
Let me introduce myself. My name is Alanna and I am passionate about the ocean. I was fortunate enough to learn how to scuba dive when I was 15 years old. I am Canadian and I learned how to dive in a small quarry in Ontario. Learning how to dive at a young age really shaped my future. From the first time I dove in the ocean, I had such a strong desire to protect it and preserve it for others to experience as well. I’m excited to share my passion for diving and the ocean with you.
Professional.
Adhering with the PADI code of conduct. I exhibit honestly and integrity in my work. I’ll honour the commitments I make to you and to PADI. PADI is the world’s leading scuba diver training organization. With PADI, your dive experiences are endless.
Environmentally Aware.
I have a background in marine biology and am passionate about the ocean. Diving gives us the opportunity to learn and share this under-explored world with others. I orientate my courses to be low impact and environmentally aware by teaching divers to be conscious and doing their part in protecting the ocean.
Time Flexible.
You gotta hustle to make it in this world, but it’s important to have a work life balance. To allow for this balance, my courses can be made very time flexible. Many courses also have the option for e-learning for the academic portion, so you can work through them at your own pace.
Knowledgable.
Yeah I know some things…I’ve acquired skills and knowledge through my experiences and education in diving and ocean conservation. I have a willingness and desire to keep learning as well. Let’s learn can learn from each other.
Blue Therapy.
Dive in and leave all your worries at the surface. You’ll become mesmerized by the gentle sway of soft coral, enchanted by the eerie beauty of the grey/blue hue of the water and be fascinated with the creatures you may find. Diving can be meditative and therapeutic, let me show you how.
